Terms and Conditions

The Pinnacle Executive Lodges team would like to welcome and thank you for choosing to stay with us. By making sure all our guests have a safe and pleasant stay we would politely request that all our guests follow our Terms and Conditions as the hotel policy.

1. Bookings

  • All rooms and prices offered by the Hotel depend on the hotel management’s availability and discretion.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to change rates and services at its discretion.
  • A valid credit card or cash deposit is required at the time of booking as a guarantee.
  • Upfront payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
  • The standard check-in time for the hotel is 1400
  • Standard check-out time for guests is 12:00 noon.
  • Accommodations regarding a late check-out/ early check-in can only be made depending on the availability of rooms and advance notice.
  • The Hotel is in no way obliged to make the rooms available to guests outside of these times.
  • Failure to comply with the designated check-out time will result in additional charges. Half a day’s rent is charged if the checkout is by 3 pm and a full day’s rent if the checkout is extended past this time.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to limit occupancy per room according to age demographic of the guests occupying it.
  • An extra mattress is available at a cost of Rs 2,000 per night.
  • A valid form of identification is required at the time of check-in. This consists of a national identification card for locals and a passport for foreign tourists.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Guests are eligible for a 50% refund if the cancellation is made at least one month prior to the date of check-in.
  • In the event that the cancellation is made less than a month prior to the check-in date, the Hotel reserves the right to not refund the amount deposited.

3. Guest Belongings

  • Guests are particularly requested to lock the door to their rooms when going out or going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables.
  • The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the Hotel room or the locker or any other part of the Hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
  • As per the Hotel’s lost and found policy, a misplaced item will be held by Management for up to 30 days during which we can arrange for the item to be sent via mail at the request of the Guest.
  • The guest is expected to report the missing item within 24 hours of its being misplaced.

4. Smoke-Free Policy

  • Pinnacle Executive Lodges maintains a smoke-free environment.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the en-suites and communal lobby/lounge areas.
  • Any guests who break this policy will be charged a Rs. 25,000 cleaning fee.
  • This will be payable in cash and if not possible will be charged to the debit/credit on file.

5. Pets

  • There are strictly no pets allowed on the Pinnacle Executive Lodges premises.

6. Drugs, Alcohol and Weapons

  • Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing weapons onto the premises.
  • Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
  • The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents, and servants for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.
  • Please note any guests found violating this policy may be asked to leave the premises and will not be offered a refund.

7. Noise and Behavior

  • To ensure all our guests have a safe and pleasant stay with us, The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to a guest if the guest is under the influence, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise inappropriate manner.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behavior of guests, who must take corrective action if advised by Management.
  • Inappropriate behavior towards staff and fellow guests will not be tolerated.
  • Please note that in the case of non-compliance to this policy, you may be asked to leave the premises and will not be offered a refund.
  • The Hotel does not accept any liability of services rendered by third parties to clients notwithstanding that the Hotel may have arranged these services.
  • Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times to ensure that the children’s behavior and safety is in compliance with Hotel regulations.

8. Damage to property

  • The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.

9. Injuries and claims

  • Due to the developing infrastructure of the region, the Hotel can not take responsibility for certain technical faults that lie beyond our control.
  • Management will not be liable for any claims sought as a result of minor or fatal injuries caused during your stay.

10. Management’s Rights

As per our noise and behavior policy, it is agreed that guests will conduct themselves in a respectable manner without causing any nuisance. The Management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate their room or any other area of the hotel forthwith, with no prior notice and/or verbal reasoning, to which they are bound to comply.

No part of this contract shall be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favor of any guest or resident or visitor, and the management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.

11. Government rules and regulations and application of laws

Guests are requested to observe, abide by, conform to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES.
